Kiwiana Stamps!

Over term 2 we were studying Signs and Symbols of New Zealand. For art we decided to make stamps that we thought represented New Zealand. We learnt new painting techniques and had used a similar style to New Zealand artist Sarah C.

Using sound and images to create mindmaps

Ms F working with the room 5 this week. We listened to some audio clips and tried to think of what could make those sounds. Then we looked at a photo of a creature using the spotlight tool which only let us see a tiny bit of the photo at a time. We found out that the creature was a cicada!
